Angela Bailey
Angela Bailey has a wealth of experience in the real estate industry, having worked since 1997 across various sectors, including commercial, multi-family, land development, residential sales, and property management. In 2019, Angela took a significant step by opening One Door Realty, specializing in property management. She balances her professional life with a rich personal life, enjoying time with her husband, two children, and her brother and mother that all live in Williamsburg. Additionally, she maintains a healthy lifestyle through her passion for pilates and attends as many sessions as she can fit in at Club Pilates.
Dean Sartain
Dean is a licensed contractor with specialized training in mold remediation and RRP Lead certification. Dedicated to providing high-quality customer service, Dean has a rich background that includes extensive travel and five years of living in Europe. Growing up surrounded by construction, he developed a strong foundation in the industry from an early age. A retired military veteran with experience in aviation, electronic repairs, and security, Dean has called Williamsburg home for over 20 years, blending technical expertise with a deep connection to the local community.
Michael Ward
Michael Ward worked as an apprentice goldsmith, appraiser, and salesman in the high-end jewelry and watch business for 25 years in Northern Virginia and D.C.. Michael owned and operated a photography business as an internationally published fashion photographer. He opted to switch careers in 2020 to be closer to his family. His extensive customer service and marketing background was a good fit when Michael joined the One Door Realty, Inc. team in 2020 as a licensed REALTOR and Director of Marketing. Outside of work, Michael now enjoys tending to his flock of 3 conure parrots and spending a lot more time with his family.
Nick Tiegs
Nicholas Tiegs is a dedicated property manager and realtor with a diverse background that uniquely positions him in the real estate industry. Leveraging his experience in emergency medicine and dialysis, Nicholas has developed a keen eye for detail and a compassionate approach to client care. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he played a crucial role at a dialysis center, where he was responsible for training staff and providing exceptional care to patients, demonstrating resilience and commitment in challenging times. Outside of his professional life, Nicholas enjoys walking, reflecting on his faith, and exploring intriguing theories. His diverse interests and experiences enrich his approach to both work and life.
Walter Bailey
Walter Bailey is a Property Manager with three years of experience specializing in the management of low-income housing developments. Prior to his current role, he honed his skills in the shipbuilding industry for two years. Outside of work, Walter enjoys spending quality time with his fiancée and friends, as well as delving into historical studies, reflecting his passion for learning and connecting with others.
